Our Team
You may know Kostreba’s Inspection & Training from its original founding offering Certified Welding inspector Services in 2001. Twenty-two years later, KIT grew into a father and son owned LLC. Our expertise spans throughout infrastructure, industrial, and fabrication environments. This partnership has allowed KIT to begin offering professional inspection and nondestructive testing services for structural and industrial components. Our services focus on accurate assessment, documentation, and reporting to support safety, compliance and performance. As KIT continues to grow, we become better to serve you and our employees. Whatever you may need, wherever you may be, we will be there to assist you.
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Services
At Kostreba's Inspection & Training, LLC, we offer everything from establishing the correct procedure for your product, to the final performance qualification of the welder, and the guidance needed to make everything in-between as smooth as possible. KIT will provide you with the welder training you need, welding procedure development, and all required qualification testing inhouse.
Non-destructive Testing (NDT ) Services
If your products require onsite inspection for that quality peace of mind, we will be there! KIT has certified inspectors that will provide non-invasive inspections such as:
-Visual inspection (VT)
-Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
-Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
-Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Lab Services
When the performance needs pushed to the breaking point, KIT is here to help. Our lab can provide full suite of destructive testing laboratory services designed to verify weld quality, material performance, and code compliance for industrial, structural, and pipeline applications. Our lab combines precision equipment, certified inspectors, and standards‑based procedures to deliver accurate, defensible results suitable for engineering review, qualification records, and regulatory documentation.
